Piano lessons are meant to be enjoyable, as well as inspiring! As a teacher, I am my students greatest supporter, as I believe each and every one can achieve incredible results.
My lessons are tailored to my students needs and pace. I make sure that at every step of the way they gain more clarity about everything we are working on.
At a high level, piano playing is an activity that greatly depends on our imagination and esthetic, so it is crucial to stimulate and inspire my students to achieve a beautiful sound.
As a teacher I am known for demistifying music theory and aural training for students of all ages. I love the moments when something “clicks”, and there are plenty such moments in our lessons.
I am a piano teacher with over 18 years experience gathered in Los Angeles, USA and London, UK. I’ve been mostly fully booked, both privately and in schools. In LA, I used to be a private piano teacher teacher as well as a music theory and piano tutor at Hills Music / now Torrance Arts Academy. In London, I used to work at Cherry Pie Music, Wimbledon, for many years, as a Senior piano teacher, and at First Musical Academy, among others. At times, I lead workshops and masterclasses in both composition and piano performance.
Since the pandemic, and because of drastic life changes, I became an online teacher full time (with hybrid lessons opportunities if location allows). Since then, when time allows, I organise free group meetings, either zoom concerts or practice meet-ups with current students, keeping them engaged and motivated to perform for each other.
My students receive amazing results in their digital and in person exams (ABRSM and Trinity boards), and music competitions as well. I make sure no quality of teaching is lost when working online. As a teacher I am known for my encouraging and positive nature, as well as kind and patient way of instructing both children and adults.
I always encourage my students to reach their maximum potential. A big part of learning is improving confidence and performance skills, and I make sure I cover this aspect as well.
I am available for piano private lessons up to grade 8 level, private music theory lessons and aural training.

£30 for 30 minutes
£40 for 45 minutes
£50 for 60 minutes
*Discounts are available for block bookings*
Music Theory Zoom Group class: £8 for 60-90 minutes (class length depends on the attendance/class size)
Qualifications:
12 year Piano Performance Diploma
AA degree in Music Composition
MA Production and Songwriting
